Plans for a family-oriented residential community have been unveiled along the Langford Lake waterfront, Citified has learned.
Coming soon to the southwest corner of the popular recreational area – near the nexus of Langford’s newly-opened Westshore Parkway and the Trans Canada Highway – the multi-phased Aqua at Langford Lake
development will introduce lakefront condominium living to the red-hot Westshore real-estate market.
With growing demand for suburban turn-key condominium housing specifically geared towards families, developer Liberty Ridge Homes has positioned Aqua as a unique alternative in a region dominated by traditional single-family residences and their accompanying higher price points.
Aqua’s first phase, comprised of 121 one, two and three-bedroom condominium suites ranging from 455 square feet to 1,311 square feet, features direct access to Langford Lake and affords sweeping lakeside views towards Goldstream Park and the Sooke Hills. Three two-storey townhomes, sized between 1,545 and 1,632 square feet, will offer ground-oriented living a short walk to the water’s edge.
In addition to the project’s residential offerings, a central clubhouse will encompass an amenity package for residents that includes a workshop, a toy garage, a fitness facility, a chef kitchen that opens up to an outdoor patio space, a music studio and the opportunity for a lakefront restaurant.
Sales of Aqua’s first phase are expected to launch by late fall or early winter with construction slated to begin by mid-2018.
